Creative Arts Secondary 6th Grader Spotlighted in "Annie Jr."

Congratulations to Creative Arts Secondary School sixth grader Meaghan Connor, who brought the titular character to life on stage in a recent Penguin Project production of "Annie Jr." at White Bear Lake Area High School. Meaghan rehearsed for more than 100 hours beginning in late May and showed creativity, receptivity to constructive feedback, and a supportive and encouraging attitude to her fellow artists and mentors in the cast.

This was Meaghan's first musical and director Karla Haij, vocal director Kaiti Shelton (SPPS music therapist), choreographer Emily Darst, and stage manager Lynn Seeling were proud to have her be part of the cast.
