Speech & Debate

Speech and Debate encourages students in grades 6-8 to express ideas through both verbal and nonverbal communication. This course asks students to write for a variety of occasions and audiences, and ultimately focuses on organizing and delivering a rhetorical argument. This study helps students hone in on persuasive, artistic, and informative speaking skills.
