You can register online at www.actstudent.org. The college board high school code for Creative Arts High School is 242-223.  If you register online, please ask your counselor for the wavier/voucher number before submiting your application.

If you need ACT registration package and ACT waiver form, please see your counselor in room 112 on Wednesdays between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:30 pm and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
